    Jack Kid Berg

    Judah Bergman (28 June 1909 – 22 April 1991), was an English professional boxer, known professionally as Jack Kid Berg or Jackie Kid Berg. Born in the East End of London, he became one of Britain's leading boxers of the interwar period and held recognition as world light-welterweight champion from 1930 to 1931, winning the title by defeating Mushy Callahan. Known as "The Whitechapel Windmill" for his fast, aggressive, high-volume style, Berg compiled a professional record of 157 wins, 26 losses and 9 draws. He was later inducted into the International Boxing Hall of Fame.
