Howard E. Jackson (June 27, 1951 – March 7, 2006), nicknamed "California Flash", was an American professional kickboxer and boxer, martial artist, actor, and stunt performer. He was the WKA World Full-Contact Welterweight Champion from 1980 to 1984.
